A son needs a father.....

1. Who will assure him that the only shoes he needs to fill are his own.
2. To teach him all of his best moves.
3. So he knows where to lean when he needs support.
4. To share his sense of adventure.
5. To teach him when to lead and when to follow.
6. Who believes that time spent with his children is the best retreat.
7. Who is a lifelong friend.
8. Who can make his mood soar.
9. Whose values make him the man he aspires to be.
10. Who treasures every opportunity to watch him explore.
11. To teach him the mechanics of life.
12. Who will make sure he can take care of himself.
13. To teach him what it means to be a brother.
14. Who is still a kid at heart.
15. To help him embrace his heritage.
16. To show him that with practice, anything is attainable.
17. To guide him on his path to manhood.
18. Who will keep him protected - no matter where he is.
19. To make sure he strives for the top.
20. Who considers his family to be the most precious gift.
21. To show him a place where he will always belong.
22. Who shares the sources of his inspiration with him.
23. Who would rather spend game day with him more than anyone else.
24. To show him the true meaning of teamwork.
25. Who welcomes any question on his road of discovery.
26. Who is always glad to have him home.
27. Who makes him feel like he's number one.
28. Who never hesitates to remind him where he gets his good looks.
29. To teach him that it takes a few misses to get the perfect swing.
30. To be his anchor.
31. Who has a dynamic spirit.
32. Who gives him comfort that no one else can.
33. Who will encourage his spirit every step of the way.
34. To show him the importance of educating one another.
35. Who keeps his hearts light.
36. Who is happy to make the journey with him.
